Lots of clients run into the same problems over and over again with their real estate agents. As an experienced agent I have found clients tend to fall into similar categories. From the “overly anxious to buy client” who falls in love with one property without comparison shopping, to perennial shopper who every agent must confront once in a while during their career, my clients are best served when they are educated as to the best ways to interact with me, the real estate agent.
